Christopher O'Halligan, I Wish To Be Smaller
I Wish To Be Smaller
I wish to be smaller,
to have a jaw line and collar bone,
to make the ladies fawn and moan,
all for me.

Eating is russian roulette,
it haunts me with guilt and regret,
maybe through this coffee and cigarette
I can finally redeem myself.

Because if I was smaller
like a tiny creepy crawler
I'd be ignored,
or beautiful.

Either way is fine with me.
